  • ADA upgrade detailing included to ensure compliance with federal requirements

  • Title 24 energy calculations demonstrating compliance with California standards

  • Coordinate with the customers equipment suppliers, process engineers, and State agencies
  • Construction administration to address any difficulties discovered during the installation or changes to the project during construction.

  • Take checks and plans to the city directly so that there is that in-person relationship that helps us get permits quickly and efficiently

  • Proactively coordinate with plan reviewers and inspectors to address comments, revisions, and clarifications early—minimizing delays and keeping projects on schedule
